Moody, a place to stay up until the next morning, fellowshipping with your sisters.

Well the windy city was amazing to say the least. There were many firsts. And I enjoyed every last bit of it. From beating the boys in disney sence it to going to Navy pier and to being able to attend class with some of the girls. I had an amazing time and it was so great to meet all the amazing girls at Moody and to be able to spend time with Sara, Christina and Jennie and the rest of the 7 north chicas. It was so refreashing and up lifting to be with fellow sisters in Christ who really want to know more about their heavenly father and chase after him. I love it. It makes me smile just thinking about it. This trip gave me a much needed break. Moody is an amazing school and God is definetly at work all over that place. I really can't think right now of what else to say but that I'm really glad I was able to go. Thanks Sara for having us and Thanks Christina for driving.

I had an interview today with Carrie Best to work at Lake Ann again this summer and after the interview Carrie told me I had the job I was so flabbergasted. I was jumping up and down and smiling from ear to ear after I was off the phone of course. I couldn't believe it another amazing summer to look forward to.

Last day in Jan wow it flew by

Dear fellow Bloggers,
Here is a brief summary of what has been going on in the life of Chaille Hathaway
I gave my two weeks notice at the Y. My last day will be this Thursday.
I will have more time on my hands for more important things like God, Family, Friends, school and my other job.
I have managed to get up at the crack of dawn to go lap swimming each day it becomes more and more of a struggle to want to stay under those warm covers but after swimming I feel AMAZING!!!!
The way I teach swim lessons is improving I've only manage to let one kid drowned this week. J/K but no I think I'm starting to get the hang of it. I felt so bad for all the kids that got stuck with the instructor who didn't know much but it's looking up.
Last night at in my aqua tots class one of the girl who would never jump to me finally did last night it was so great. Now with having more time on my hands I might be able to learn the correct words to some of the songs we sing like the hoocky poocky you would think I would know it but I always say hand instead of arm lol.
I've been reading the book "Just like Jesus" (Christina got for my for Christmas) and man some of the stuff that guy brings up hits ya hard at least it did me. In his book he wrote "So rather than spend time with God, listening for his voice, we'll let others spend time with him and then benefit from their experience. Let them tell us what God is saying. After all, isn't that why we pay preachers? Isn't that why we read Christian books? These folks are good at daily devotions. I'll just learn from them." IT'S NOT THE SAME.
There were other things I just can't find them right now.
I should get going and do some homework. I will try to keep up on this thing as much as I can.

Three days until Jesus's Birthday!!!!!!!

I made it thought my first semester of College. Ya hoo Was it stressful at times? Of coures. Did I dislike any of my classes? Just one. Did I procrascanate? I would be lying if I said no. After last nights long night and only getting two hours of sleep before I had to be at a meeting at 7am I was pretty awake today. I was able to do some stamping. And it was so werid not having to worry about a paper that needed to be typed or a test that I needed to study for. Just to be able to sit there and sing Christmas songs while making Christmas cards was heavenly. In our dinning room/computer room our nativity secene is set up. When I walked past it to day I kidnapped baby Jesus, the shepard (we only have one), his sheep and the wise men and hide them in my backpack. Only because it makes logical sence that Jesus shouldn't be in there until Christmas Day right? That was when he was born. And I moved the shepard far away from the stable because he has a very far journey to make to come see Jesus. When my mom knoticed that they were missing she let's just say wasn't happy. And said she wouldn't play Sequence with Jennie and I if she did find out where they where. Than my brother got into it and said that mary and Joseph shouldn't be in there either until Christmas.I didn't want to leave the stable completely empty but maybe later tonight they will also come up missing. WA HA HA. Well, I really should get some sleep I think those two hours of sleep are kicking in now if there are some things in this post that don't make sence it's because my brain is asleep and I'm still trying to get it to do things. LOL. Ok, well good night and if I don't post anything before Christmas I hope all of you have a wonderful CHRISTmas. And Really try to set aside time to really focus on the real reason of the season. WOW long time since I've been on here. I'm still trying to get pictures from my trip to chi-town with Heather and Sara up here. This week is one of the most busiest weeks for me. Classes end on the 16th. but I come back for a couple of exams on the 21st and 22nd. My birthday is in four days and Sara's coming home in a little bit. I just love this time of year. The christmas play is done with. I always look forward to being in it and this year was no different. I had a blast being a part of it. I thought I had a lot to write but my mind just went blank. I hate that. I will try to get those pics up soon. Until later. I hope everyone has a happy and safe hoilday.

I hope everyone is doing well. My work problems are getting sorted out. Thanks to God. And I was able to get out of work early. Which was a real blessing I gave my boss a huge hug and ran all the way to my car. It must of looked like I was trying to excape from prision. But, no d0n't get me wrong it does have it's positive things. Had the chance to hang out with Melissa today my SO teacher didn't show up. Tonight I have work and after I can swim. I was really excited to find two band new swim caps really ceap at Goodwill thanks to Sara O. Well, I should get going I have class soon.

I know I'm not very good at keeping up to date with this blog. This past weekend was fun on Friday I helped in the office which was nice to see Sara again and we also got to see all the little rug rats dressed up in their costumes at the elementary school. When I got home I tried to study and was able to for a couple of hours and than I felt the need to call jenny and watch Elf. That is such a funny movie. Saturday I really don't remember I think I just worked and got to bed early. Know with my parents being gone this weekend I had no one to remind me about the time change and yes I was an hour early to church. When I first got there I was so scared that the rapture happened because the clock in my car said 8:45am and the parking lot should of been full and it wasn't there was only one other car. So I was like what is going on and I also saw Pastor Ken so I knew that it couldn't of been the rapture and besides I wouldn't be there if it happened. I got out my mom's cell phone to check the time and sure enough it was only 7:45am. Which turned out to be a really good thing because I wasn't late to my Jr. Church class. We had a lady from shepherd's ministry come and speak to us and we learned a song in sign laugue. The kids seemed to really enjoy her. After church I had all good intentions to going to choir but once again I fell into a deep coma. But made it to Rawson's where we went on a fun fill hay ride. Poor Christina got a mouth full of hay thanks to Jimbo. But I really enjoyed it. Work is ok. I'm scheduled for every day of the week including sat. and than have Sunday off. Not by my own choice but by misunderstanding. It's going well though. Well, I should fly and read. Hopefully everyone is doing well and are enjoying all the beautiful creations that our father has blessed us with.
